echoflow for creators and YouTubers

You already shot and edited the video. From there come the description, chapters, posts, vertical clips, an article and a newsletter — in your voice, without opening another program.

Anyone who publishes video knows the gap between the work people see and the work nobody sees. Shooting and editing is the visible part. Then comes the tail: writing the description, adding chapters, pulling out the vertical cuts, reshaping the message for each social network, and — if you want to exist outside the platform at all — turning it into something readable.

That tail is why most videos live exactly once, on the day they come out.

What comes out of a video you've already published

Description, tags and chapters, timed from the actual subtitles rather than guessed. Chapters are the single improvement viewers notice most and almost nobody adds, because it means rewatching your own video with a notepad open.

The posts, one per channel. Not the same text copied five times: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok have different registers, and each post comes out already in the register of its channel.

Vertical clips, 9:16 with animated subtitles. The AI looks for the strongest spoken moments and cuts. There are three unless you choose otherwise, up to eight with Pro. ⚠️ They can't be fine-tuned: this is automatic selection, not editing.

An article and a newsletter, from the same upload. It's the part creators skip most often and the one that holds its value longest: a YouTube video is found by people who already follow you, or by that day's algorithm, while an article is found by whoever searches that subject six months from now.

Ideas for your next videos — the one thing here that looks forward instead of back. You write what you want to talk about and get four ideas with a title, an opening hook and an outline, each taken from a different angle, so you don't end up with four versions of the same video.

The real problem isn't time: it's that it "sounds like AI"

The reason these tools get tried and abandoned isn't that they save too little time. It's that what they produce is recognisable — and a creator lives on the opposite of that: on their own voice.

The answer here is Brand Voice, and it's included already in the trial — it isn't a high-tier feature. You fill in, once, the tone you use, who you're speaking to, the words that belong to you and the ones you would never say, and that profile feeds into every generation afterwards.

It doesn't work miracles and we're not interested in pretending otherwise: these stay drafts you read over. But the difference between a neutral text you correct line by line and a text that starts on your side is the difference between a tool you use and one you open twice.

No editing to learn

Worth saying plainly, because it's the real objection underneath the price one: there is no editor to learn. No timelines, no tracks, no transitions. You upload the file — or paste a YouTube or Google Drive link — and what comes back is content already written and already cut.

The flip side is that you can't intervene on the cut. That's an explicit trade-off: anyone who wants frame-by-frame control will keep editing by hand, and rightly so.

What it doesn't do

creation; text outputs don't expire while the account stays active. The source file you upload is deleted within 24 hours of processing unless the workspace has set its own retention — after that, the video can no longer be reprocessed.

Where your data is

Files and content stored in the European Union. Transcription and AI generation also use non-EU providers, named one by one on our sub-processors page, under the safeguards of Article 44 and following of the GDPR.

The trial runs 14 days and asks for no card. Our advice is to upload a real video, the length you usually publish: it's the only way to know how it will go when you actually use it.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The trial runs 14 days, includes 60 minutes and up to 10 videos (60 minutes per video maximum), and asks for no card. The subtitled video comes out with the echoflow watermark, which goes away with the Pro plan. A failed or cancelled job does not count against the cap.

How many videos can I run during the trial?

It depends how long they are, because the count is in minutes: 60 minutes is six ten-minute videos or two half-hour ones, up to a maximum of 10 videos. Our advice is not to spend them all on short test clips — upload a real one, the length you usually publish, because that's the only way to know how it will actually go for you.

Does the output read like me, or does it sound like AI?

That depends on something you control: Brand Voice, included already in the trial. You fill in your tone, who you're talking to, the words that are yours and the ones you'd never use, and that profile goes into every generation. Without it the texts come out correct but neutral — which is exactly why this kind of output "sounds like AI". With Brand Voice filled in properly the gap narrows a lot, but it doesn't close: these are drafts to read over, not posts to publish sight unseen.

How many vertical clips do I get from one video?

Three, unless you choose otherwise: when you upload you can ask for up to 3 in the trial and up to 8 with Pro, and if the video doesn't have enough distinct moments you get fewer. They are not adjustable in detail: the AI picks the strongest spoken moments, crops to 9:16 and applies animated subtitles. It is not an editor and it does not replace editing: if you need twenty clips cut by hand to your own timing, this is not the right tool and we'd rather say so up front.

Does it publish to my channels automatically?

No, and that's a choice. echoflow doesn't ask for write access to your accounts and keeps no social tokens: it prepares the content, you read it over and publish it. That means one extra step for you and no chance of something going out in your name that you haven't read.

Can I use it on old videos?

Yes, and that's often where the return is best: those videos were already paid for in production time and your audience has largely forgotten them. If the subject isn't tied to the news cycle, they're the material with the best value-to-effort ratio you have in your archive.

What does it cost after the trial?

The Pro plan, with every feature, is €19 a month for 200 minutes of processed content, or €49 for 1,000: one minute of video uses one minute of balance. You can also buy one-off extra-minute packs, which never expire. If the trial ends and you don't subscribe, the account stays readable and downloadable but starts no new jobs.
