About echoflow

From one video, dozens of assets to review and publish — automatically.

echoflow (echoflow AI) is an Italian platform that turns a single video or audio into dozens of assets to review and publish: full transcript, synced subtitles (SRT and VTT files), a summary and show notes, posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube, SEO title and description, YouTube chapters, blog article, newsletter, carousels, quote cards and vertical clips — all with AI.

It is built for creators, marketing agencies, podcasters, videographers and teams that publish regularly, and for anyone who needs to make their content accessible with subtitles and transcripts (European Accessibility Act). The interface is available in Italian and English, and outputs can also be generated in Spanish, French and German.

The trial costs €0 and lasts 14 days: 60 minutes and up to 10 videos, no credit card; when it ends the content you produced stays readable and downloadable file by file. Then there is a single paid plan, Pro, with every feature, in two sizes: 200 minutes a month for €19 or 1,000 minutes a month for €49 (for up to 10 people), with an annual option (2 months free) and an Enterprise plan on request. You pay for duration: one minute of processed video uses one minute of your balance. Data storage takes place in the European Union, in compliance with the GDPR; some AI processing may happen via non-EU providers with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

It isn't just a content generator: every uploaded video stays in an archive you can query. echoflow writes in the tone you set (Brand Voice), takes the content you approve as an example (AI Memory) and lets you ask questions across all your videos at once.

In short

How to try it: 14 days free, no card — 60 minutes and up to 10 videos, no credit card.
First result: in less time than the video — the first output is ready before you could finish watching the video.
Which languages: interface in English and Italian, outputs also in Spanish, French and German — with multilingual subtitles and translations.
Where the data lives: servers in the European Union — the source file is deleted shortly after processing; the generated content stays yours.

Who it's for

echoflow is built for anyone who publishes content regularly:

Creators and YouTubers who publish across channels without a dedicated editor;
Marketing agencies handling multiple clients, with separate workspaces and white-label;
Videographers and drone operators who hand clients a content package, not just the video;
Podcasters who keep a publishing schedule;
Training and e-learning, from lessons to webinars;
Events and B2B webinars, where the content has to live on after the live session;
Companies and teams that need subtitles and transcripts for accessibility.

How it works

You upload a video or audio file, or paste a link: YouTube, Google Drive, a direct link to the file or the podcast's RSS feed. echoflow processes it and shows you where it's at, step by step, and you find all the content in your workspace, each piece editable before you download or share it.

Use cases

What you upload and what you get back. It's all in the trial, except what's marked «Pro».

A video to listen to, not to watch

Upload the video: the audio track comes out as an MP3, ready to replay or re-edit.

A song, its lyrics

From the track you get the transcript of the vocals and synced subtitles: the basis of a lyric video.

A video that has to be accessible

Synced SRT and VTT plus the video with burned-in subtitles, watermark-free with Pro.

The lesson you missed

A few-sentence summary and the full transcript: two minutes instead of two hours.

echoflow inside Claude

With the connector for Claude, included in every plan, you process videos and read the content from claude.ai or Claude Code.

An episode, already described

Show notes with real timecodes, chapters and any cited resources, without replaying the episode.

A one-hour interview, three shorts

Three vertical 9:16 clips with animated captions, cut on the highest-energy moments.

One video, six social networks

Posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and YouTube, each in its platform's tone.

A video nobody finds

Optimised title, description and tags, plus the chapters to paste under the video on YouTube.

A webinar that becomes an article

The same talk yields the long-form blog article and the newsletter that announces it.

You haven't shot anything yet

Write the topic and get four ideas with a hook and an outline; from Pro, the full script too.

Pro

A keynote, ten graphics

Quote cards and carousels built on the strongest lines, in your brand's colour and logo.

Pro

A course with its own material

Chapters, FAQs with structured data and quizzes, ready for your e-learning platform.

Pro

“I said it in a video — but which one?”

Ask in your own words: the answer comes from your content, with the video and the minute it comes from.

Pro

A video your audience can't understand

Texts and subtitles translated into fourteen languages, with the SRT timecodes left intact.

Pro

An old post written in a hurry

Paste it in and get it back in your brand's tone — or adapted to LinkedIn, X or the newsletter.

Pro

Ten clients, ten separate spaces

One workspace per client, the platform under your brand and the monthly report to hand over.

Pro

One upload, a month of planning

From a single video, a 30-day marketing campaign already laid out on the calendar.

There is only one prerequisite: the media needs a voice in it. If there is no speech — an instrumental track, a silent video — we say so before generating, instead of inventing the content.

Our principles

Three ideas guide the product:

Speed — the first result is ready in less time than the video's duration;
Editability — every output is an editable draft, not a «closed» result;
You have the final say — the tool doesn't replace the author, it speeds up their work.

Privacy, data and accessibility

Content storage takes place in the European Union, in line with the GDPR, and you can export or delete your data at any time. Some AI processing (transcription and content generation) may happen via providers located outside the EU, with the safeguards required by the GDPR: details are in the Privacy Policy, and the list of providers is on the Sub-processors page.

The subtitles and transcripts echoflow generates help make content accessible and support compliance with the European Accessibility Act, in force since 28 June 2025.
