echoflow for podcasters
You record the episode. The rest — chapters, clips, posts, newsletter — comes out of it, ready to read through and publish.
14 days · 60 minutes · 10 videos · no card
- Show notes with chapters and timestamps, from what is actually said in the episode
- Vertical clips on the best passages, ready for Reels, Shorts and TikTok
- The week's posts, one per channel and not the same one copied everywhere
- The episode's newsletter, for the people who will never listen to it
- Full transcript, SRT and VTT downloadable
- Ask AI Chat which episode you said something in: it answers with the video and the minute (from the Pro plan)
A podcast has a problem the other formats don't: it is the least reusable content there is. You can't skim it, you can't quote it without listening again, it doesn't show up in search. Hours of conversation that are worth something stay inside an audio file nobody reopens.
And the work after recording is nearly always longer than the recording itself: the show notes, the chapters, the posts announcing it, the clips for social, the newsletter. Anyone who actually does it every week knows; anyone who tries for a month usually stops.
What comes out of one episode
The show notes with chapters. With the real timings of the speech, not estimated: the ones YouTube and Spotify accept and your listeners use to jump to the part they care about.
The vertical clips. On the passages where something happens — an objection, a number, a change of tone — not the first thirty seconds. With burned-in subtitles, which is how they get watched.
The week's posts, one per channel. On LinkedIn what works is the reasoning, on Instagram the image, on X the sentence: the same text copied everywhere is recognisable, and works nowhere.
The newsletter, the most underrated format: it reaches the people who follow you but don't have forty minutes, and it is the only channel that doesn't depend on an algorithm.
The full transcript, which is the basis of everything else: from there on every episode exists in text too, readable and quotable. From the Pro plan that text can be queried with AI Chat, which answers with the episode and the minute, and "which episode did we talk about that in?" stops being a question without an answer.
Two things to know first
⚠️ Interviews are the hard case. When two people talk over each other, automatic transcription makes more mistakes — more than with background noise, which is handled well. If your podcast is built on overlapping conversation, try it on an episode with guests before deciding: it is the only test that tells you anything.
⚠️ The content needs reading. It comes out as an advanced draft, not as text to publish with your eyes closed. The saving is in not starting from a blank page ten times, not in removing the read-through — and on a podcast, where the relationship with the audience is personal, that read-through matters.
What is different here
One upload, the whole package. Here the same episode produces the chapters, the clips, the posts, the newsletter and the transcript in one pass, from one shared understanding of what the episode says — which is also why they don't contradict each other.
Your files and content are stored in the EU. Storage is in Europe, under GDPR, with a stated retention: the source file is deleted within 24 hours, generated media after 7 days, texts stay until you delete them. Transcription and AI generation also use non-EU providers, and every one of them is named on our public subprocessors page — with a DPA available if you need one. If your audience or your clients are European, those are questions you can answer with names, not with a slogan.
We never hold the keys to your channels. No connected accounts, no stored tokens, no publishing on your behalf. The trade is deliberate: you do the last click, and a bug of ours can never post under your name.
Where to start
Not with the next episode: with the one that did best last year. It is already recorded, already validated by your audience, and largely forgotten by it. If the package that comes out is useful to you, you will know in twenty minutes.
The trial runs 14 days and asks for no card.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work if the podcast is audio only?
Yes, and for the text nothing changes: chapters, show notes, posts, newsletter and transcript all come from the audio. Vertical clips do need video, because they are a crop of the footage.
What if the episode is an interview with two or three voices?
It works, but it is the hardest case for any automatic transcription: when voices overlap, errors go up. It is worth trying on one of your own episodes with guests before deciding, rather than on a monologue.
How long from upload to having the content?
A few minutes for a typical episode, not hours. Processing runs in the background: you can close the page and get the email when it is ready.
Do the chapters have the right timings for YouTube and Spotify?
Yes, chapters come out with timestamps in the format those platforms accept, taken from the real timings of the speech rather than estimated.
Do you publish to my channels for me?
No, and that is deliberate. We do not ask for access to your channels and we do not store tokens: we hand over the finished content, publishing stays yours. A podcast is a relationship of trust with an audience, and that is not a thing to hand over to an automation.
