An agency doesn't have a creator's problem. A creator has to produce more; an agency has to produce the same amount for ten different clients, keeping archives, tones of voice and invoices apart — and still make it profitable.
The numbers that work
The 1,000-minute Pro plan is €49/month and gives access to up to 10 people and up to 10 separate workspaces. A client delivering two 40-minute videos a month uses 80 minutes: the same plan carries about ten of them — as many as the workspaces, up to 10 in all including your own — without changing subscription, and extra minutes are bought as one-off packs with a falling per-minute cost.
Above it, for larger teams, there's Enterprise on request: no limit on people, service agreements and white-label reselling.
One workspace per client, genuinely separate
Each client gets their own space: their videos, their archive, their tone of voice, their users. The separation isn't an interface view but a database rule (row-level security): a request trying to read another workspace's data gets nothing back, not even part of it.
That holds for the intelligent parts too, usually the most fragile ones: semantic search, chat over videos and the approved examples the system writes from all stay confined to a single client. One client's tone of voice never bleeds into another's copy.
From one video, the client's editorial week
A single upload yields transcript, subtitles, summary, show notes, SEO article, newsletter, posts for each channel, YouTube chapters, carousels, quote cards, thumbnails and subtitled vertical clips. Every output is an editable draft, not a take-it-or-leave-it result: the agency's work stays judgement, not typing.
The generated editorial calendar exports to .ics or CSV, so it lands in the planning tools you already use.
What you hand to the client
- White-label: your logo and colours on visual outputs and in the product.
- Monthly workspace report, generated by the system and ready to attach to your reporting.
- Full ZIP export of every output of a job, when the client wants the files.
Automation, if you need it
The public API and webhooks let you upload a recording as soon as it exists and collect the content when it's ready, without anyone opening a browser. There's also an MCP server: the AI assistants your team already uses can query the client archive directly.
Prices in euro, support by email
Final prices in euro and secure payment with Stripe, with support by email in English or Italian. No currency conversion to explain in an expense report.
What we don't do
- We don't publish and don't schedule to your clients' channels. It's a choice: auto-publishing
means storing access tokens for their accounts, and we'd rather not hold them. We deliver finished content; publishing stays yours, with the permissions you already have.
- Generated media files (clips, subtitled video, images) stay downloadable for 7 days from
creation, with the date shown on every download. Text content doesn't expire while the account stays active.
- Up to eight clips per video on Pro (three by default), and they can't be fine-edited: you pick them and download them.
Frequently asked questions
How many clients can one plan handle?
The Pro plan with 1,000 minutes a month gives access to up to 10 people, each with their own account, and up to 10 workspaces, one per client. If you need more people or higher volume there's Enterprise, on request, with no limit on people.
Is one client's data really separated from another's?
Yes, and not just in the interface: isolation is enforced by the database (row-level security), so the archive, semantic search and tone of voice all stay confined to a single workspace.
Does the client see echoflow behind the work?
On the Pro plan you can apply your own logo and colours: the outputs and pages you deliver carry your brand.
Does echoflow publish to my clients' channels?
No, and that's a choice. We don't ask for access to your clients' channels and we keep no tokens: we deliver finished content, publishing stays in your hands and under your responsibility.
