Separate workspaces, white-label and team controls
A workspace for every client, isolated at database level. With your brand on top, the monthly report ready to hand over, and the controls a company asks for before signing.
14 days · 60 minutes · 10 videos · no card
- Separate workspaces per client or project, up to 10 people
- Isolation enforced by the database, not by the interface
- White-label: your brand at the top of the report and in documents, in place of echoflow's
- Monthly workspace report, ready to hand to the client
- Enterprise SSO via OIDC; two-step verification (2FA) on every plan
- Configurable data retention per workspace
The Pro plan has what you need to work on someone else's behalf: separate workspaces per client (with the 1,000-minute size), your brand on top, a report to hand over, and the controls on access and retention a company asks for before signing.
One workspace per client, genuinely separate
Every client or project has its own space: its videos, its archive, its tone of voice, its users. The plan gives access to up to 10 people, each with their own account, with roles — owner, admin, member — governing what each person can do.
The separation isn't an interface view. It's a database rule (row-level security): a query attempting to cross two workspaces doesn't return partial data, it returns nothing. That holds for the parts usually most fragile too — semantic search, video chat, Brand Voice and the approved examples in AI Memory: one client's material can't contaminate another's copy.
Your brand, and the monthly report
White-label puts your brand's name and colour at the top of the report and removes echoflow's signature from documents; logo and colour on visuals come from the Brand Kit. The monthly report — for the workspace and month you choose — brings together your brand's header, a commentary on the month's real numbers, key figures compared with the previous month, content produced by type and the list of jobs. You save it as PDF with the browser's print function.
To hand over all the material from a job there's "Download everything": a ZIP archive organised into folders (texts, subtitles, images, video, audio), with texts in the version you edited. Included already in the trial.
Access and retention
- Enterprise SSO (OIDC) — sign-in with the corporate identity by email domain, with automatic
placement into the workspace. It's what a company asks for once users number in the dozens.
- Two-step verification (2FA) — a time-based code from an authenticator app, with single-use
recovery codes. Available on every account, on every plan; once enabled it stays required even after a plan change.
- Configurable retention — each workspace can have its own retention rule: jobs past the limit
delete themselves. A workspace with an active rule doesn't follow the standard deadlines (24 hours for the uploaded file, 7 days for generated files).
- Priority queue — from the Pro plan, jobs take precedence in processing.
Export and deletion: on every plan
Workspace data export and full deletion are available on every plan, including once the trial is over, from Settings. They aren't tied to the plan because they're a right, not a feature to sell. The only constraint is by role: export for owners and admins, deletion for owners only.
Files and content are stored in the European Union; transcription and AI generation also use non-EU providers, listed by name on our sub-processors page under the safeguards of Article 44 and following of the GDPR.
What we don't do
- We are not SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. If your client requires it in a tender, we can't meet
that today — and we'd rather say so here than discover it together halfway through a deal.
- White-label isn't resale: it applies your brand, it doesn't make you the contractual supplier to
the end client. That path exists, but it runs through Enterprise.
- The report is a document you print to PDF from the browser, not a file we generate and store.
- We don't publish to your clients' channels: we don't ask for their access and we don't store
tokens.
- Media files stay downloadable for 7 days; text doesn't expire while the account stays active — except under the retention
policy you set for the workspace.
Which plan
White-label, monthly report, SSO, configurable retention and the priority queue belong to the Pro plan, in both sizes (€19/month for 200 minutes, €49 for 1,000). Multiple workspaces, people and roles — up to 10 — come with the 1,000-minute size. "Download everything" as ZIP is already in the trial. Two-step verification (2FA), data export and deletion are on every plan.
Beyond 10 people, or for bespoke contractual terms, there's Enterprise on request: no limit on people, white-label resale, SLAs and dedicated onboarding.
Frequently asked questions
What does isolation «at database level» actually mean?
That it doesn't depend on a filter in the interface. The rule is enforced by the database itself (row-level security): a request trying to read another workspace's data gets nothing back, not even part of it. That's the difference between «the app doesn't show you» and «it cannot be obtained», and for an agency answering to its own clients it's the only phrasing that counts.
Does my client see that echoflow is behind it?
On the Pro plan the monthly report and documents carry your brand, and visuals carry your logo and colour (Brand Kit). The app, share links and emails remain echoflow's; reselling the service as your own is the Enterprise conversation.
What's in the monthly report?
For the workspace and month you choose: your brand's header, an AI-written commentary on the real numbers, key figures compared with the previous month, content produced by type, and the list of jobs. You save it as PDF using the browser's print function — it isn't a file we generate, and that's an honest detail to know.
How does configurable retention work?
On the Pro plan each workspace can have its own rule: jobs older than the limit are deleted automatically, and a workspace with an active rule doesn't follow the standard deadlines (24 hours for the uploaded file, 7 days for generated files). Useful when a contract imposes a specific period, in either direction.
Do data export and deletion cost extra?
No, and they aren't tied to the plan either: data export and full deletion are available on every plan, including once the trial is over. They're a right, not a feature to sell. The only constraint is by role: owners and admins export, only the owner deletes.
