From your video, echoflow writes newsletter copy: a concise email with an opening, the content and a closing, ready to paste into the sending tool you already use. It comes from the same upload that produces the transcript, the article, the posts and the chapters.

It isn't the summary relabelled

The summary describes the content from the outside: "in this video we talk about…". A newsletter speaks to someone — it opens by giving a reason to keep reading, gets into the substance, and closes with something to do or think about. Different register, which is why it's a separate output rather than the same text reformatted.

You get both, along with everything else: which one you use depends on where you're putting it.

In your tone, from the trial on

On defaults the copy is correct but neutral — it reads as something you didn't write. Brand Voice, already in the trial, applies the tone, audience and vocabulary you set once; with the Pro plan, AI Memory uses the texts you approved as examples, so quality rises with use instead of staying at day one.

If you need to rework text that didn't come from a video, the Rewrite in your voice tool (also in Pro) takes any pasted text and moves it into your register, or adapts it to a newsletter format.

What we don't do

unsubscribes: that stays in your tool, along with the obligations it carries.

Pro plan the API lets you pull outputs automatically and route them wherever you want.

processing, unless the workspace has set its own retention.

Which plan

The newsletter is included in the trial and in the Pro plan (€19/month for 200 minutes, €49 for 1,000), and Brand Voice comes with it; AI Memory and Rewrite in your voice belong to the Pro plan, in both sizes. Once the trial is over the account is an archive: the newsletters you already produced stay readable and downloadable, but no new ones are generated until you pick a plan.

Real copy, generated from a real video, is in the demo — no sign-up.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send it directly from echoflow?

No. We aren't a sending tool and we don't manage lists, subscribers or consent: we generate the copy and you paste it into the platform you already use. That's deliberate — running a list carries obligations around consent and unsubscribes that belong where your relationship with subscribers lives.

How is it different from the summary?

The summary describes the content from the outside, in four to six sentences. A newsletter speaks to the reader: it opens with a reason to keep going, works through the substance, and closes. Different registers — and you get both.

Does it sound like a newsletter I wrote?

On defaults the tone is correct but neutral. Brand Voice, already in the trial, applies the tone, audience and vocabulary you set; with the Pro plan, AI Memory uses the texts you approved as examples: the more you approve, the more the next texts sound like you.

Which plan includes it?

It's included in the 14-day trial and in the Pro plan (from €19/month). Once the trial is over, the account is an archive: the newsletters you already produced stay readable and downloadable, but no new ones are generated until you pick a plan.
