echoflow for consultants
You already say what you know, on calls and on stage. A transcript, a summary and content in your own voice come out of that.
14 days · 60 minutes · 10 videos · no card
- Transcript and summary of a recorded call with a client
- LinkedIn posts and articles from your talks, written in your voice with Brand Voice (already in the trial)
- No bot in your meetings: you upload the recording, whenever you choose
- The recording is deleted within 24 hours; texts stay as long as you keep them
- Ask your archive which call you said something on (from the Pro plan)
- Prices final and in euro
A consultant talks far more than they write. They explain the same idea to three clients in a week, tell it better at an event, answer a hard question on a call — and none of it ever becomes a post, an article, or even a note you can find again.
Whoever posts on LinkedIn consistently is usually not whoever knows the most: it is whoever found the time to write. You already have the material; it is the second draft that is missing.
What comes out of a recording
From a call with a client: the full transcript and a summary, to read through and use as the basis for the follow-up email. It is the work that gets done in the evening, from memory, and gets done worse the richer the call was.
From a talk, a webinar or a video where you explain your method: LinkedIn posts, an article, a newsletter, vertical clips of the best moments. Every text starts from what you said, with your examples, not from a topic handed to a generator.
In your own voice, if you define it once with Brand Voice: vocabulary, tone, what you never write. It is included already in the trial, and in the Pro plan.
An archive you can ask: which call you discussed that supplier on, what you answered on the topic everyone asks about. AI Chat answers with the video and the minute — ⚠️ from the Pro plan up, so not in the trial.
To see what comes out before uploading anything of yours, the demo is a real five-minute piece of content with every output, no sign-up.
What we don't do
No bot joins your meetings. We don't connect to your calendar or to video-conferencing platforms: you record with the tool you already use and upload the file yourself, when you decide. It is less convenient than an assistant that shows up on the call by itself, and that is deliberate: in front of a client, you are the one handling the recording.
The summary is not minutes. A document someone approves or signs has to be written and checked by you; the summary is a reminder and a draft.
We don't publish on your behalf. We hand over the texts; publishing stays in your hands, and we don't ask for access to your profiles.
Your clients' information
A call with a client contains information that isn't yours. Storage is in Europe, under GDPR, and retention is stated: the uploaded recording is deleted within 24 hours, generated videos after 7 days, texts stay until you delete them. Transcription and generation also use non-EU providers, and every one of them is named on our public subprocessors page.
If a confidentiality agreement forbids you to let some information leave the EU, that call should not be uploaded: better to know it here than to find out later. Consent to record, as always, is yours to ask for.
The trial runs 14 days and asks for no card. The advice is to start from one of your public talks, a webinar or a lesson: it is the easiest content to judge and the one that raises no confidentiality questions. If webinars are your main format, there is a page dedicated to webinars.
Frequently asked questions
Does the summary of a call count as minutes?
No. It is a summary of what was said, useful as a reminder and as the basis for the follow-up email. Minutes that someone has to sign or approve have to be written and checked by you.
Do I need the client's consent to record the call?
Asking for and obtaining consent to record stays your responsibility, as does the choice of what to upload. The simplest way is to say it at the start of the call, so that it stays in the recording too.
Where does my clients' information end up?
Storage is in Europe, under GDPR; the recording is deleted within 24 hours, texts stay until you delete them. Transcription and generation also use non-EU providers, all named on the subprocessors page. If a contract forbids you to let some information leave the EU, that call should not be uploaded.
Do the posts sound like me?
More than generic text does, if you fill in Brand Voice with your way of writing and a few examples. They start from what you actually said, not from a topic: the content is yours, the form needs a read-through.
Do you join my calls?
No. We don't connect to your calendar or to video-conferencing platforms: record with the tool you already use and upload the file, or a YouTube, Google Drive or direct link.
