echoflow doesn't stop at producing content: it helps you decide when to publish it and what to talk about next. The content calendar spreads what you've already produced over time, ideas suggest your next videos, and on the Pro plan the marketing assistant builds a thirty-day campaign from a single upload.

The calendar: a plan, not an automation

From the material produced comes a distribution plan: what to publish, in what order, on which days. It exports as **.ics — so it lands in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook like any other commitment — or as CSV**, for anyone working in a spreadsheet or a planning tool.

What the calendar doesn't do is publish for you when the date arrives. It's a plan to execute, and pressing "publish" stays a human act.

Ideas: they come from you, not from the archive

This is the tool you use before filming. You write what you want to talk about — topic, audience, goal — and get four ideas, each with a different angle, an opening hook, an outline of the beats and a note on who it speaks to.

The distinction to keep in mind: ideas come only from what you write, not from videos you've already uploaded. It isn't an analysis of your archive, it's help with deciding.

From the Pro plan, on any idea you can ask for the full script of the video, to read or follow on camera — different from the outline, which is the list of beats and already part of the idea.

The 30-day campaign, on the Pro plan

The AI Marketing Assistant takes a single upload and turns it into a self-scheduled thirty-day campaign: it spreads the content produced from that video across the month with a sequencing logic, instead of handing it all over at once and leaving you to order it. Here too, it stays a plan to execute.

Which plan

Ideas for your next videos are included already in the trial; the video script, the content calendar and the AI Marketing Assistant belong to the Pro plan (€19/month for 200 minutes, €49 for 1,000), in both sizes.

These tools all draw on the same monthly allowance included in your plan, shared across the AI tools: spend it however you like, and each tool uses up a different share of it depending on how much it costs to generate. The allowance resets on the first of the month (in the trial it covers the whole 14 days) and doesn't consume minutes: minutes are only consumed by processing videos.

Frequently asked questions

Does the calendar publish for me when the date arrives?

No. It's a plan, not an automation: it says what to publish and when, and exports as .ics or CSV so it drops into the calendar or tool you already use. At publishing time you decide and you act. We don't store tokens for your channels, so we couldn't publish even if we wanted to.

Do the ideas come from the videos I've already uploaded?

No, and the distinction matters: they come from what you write — topic, audience, goal. It's a standalone tool, for when you're deciding what to talk about, not when you've already filmed. You get four ideas, each with a different angle and a note on who it speaks to.

What is the «video script»?

With the Pro plan, on any idea you can ask for the full text to read or follow on camera. It's different from the outline, which is the list of beats and is already part of the idea. In the trial the button is there but offers Pro.

What exactly does the Pro plan's marketing assistant do?

From a single upload it builds a self-scheduled 30-day campaign: it takes the content produced from that video and spreads it over time with a sequencing logic, instead of leaving it all on the same day. It's still a plan to execute, not automatic execution.

Are there usage limits?

Yes, but it's a single allowance shared by every AI tool and included in your plan: spend it however you like, on what you actually need. Each tool uses up a different share of it, depending on how much it costs to generate. The allowance doesn't consume minutes, it resets on the first of the month (in the trial it covers the whole 14 days), and inside the app you always see it as a bar showing what's left.
